Arizona 2006 Home Prices

Home prices in Arizona are slowing from the levels seen over the last few years but are still strong compared to those seen in most other states. The OFHEO home price index showed that Flagstaff saw the strongest 4th quarter figures with a 1 year growth rate of 16.21%, that's the 7th highest price increase in the United States. Yuma and Prescott also saw strong increases with 11.71% and 11.54% respectively.
