January 2007 Existing Home Sales
The housing market continued to struggle in Jan 2007 with the median home price dropping 3.1 percent compared to last year and existing home sales volumes dropping 4.1%. While these numbers are down on last year they are better than expected, with sales being fueled by the mild climate.
