Salt Lake County is situated in the Salt Lake Valley from the northern benches down to the point of the mountain. It includes the cities of Salt Lake City, Sandy, South Jordan, West Jordan, Draper, West Valley City, South Salt Lake, Midvale, Magna, Riverton, Murray, Taylorsville, Cottonwood Heights, Herriman, Kearns, Bluffdale, Millcreek and Holladay.
